BIO: Kainoa is a 2021 All-Conference Honorable Mention defensive lineman and a 2022 2nd team All-Conference defensive lineman. Kainoa has also received an All-Conference Honorable Mention for offensive line and is ranked third among defensive linemen in Oregon. He also earned the 2022 Most Valuable Player for the defensive line in Oregon All-State Game for the class of 2025.
