BIO: Erick was a three-year varsity letterman at Cottage Grove High School. He was a two-time 1st team all-conference and one-time 1st team All-State wide receiver. Giffen was also a 1st team All-State kicker and defensive back. Erick is the all-time scoring leader at Cottage Grove High School and was a member of the 2017 4A State Championship team. In addition to football, Erick played basketball and competed in track and field. He was a two-time conference high jump champion and a one-time all-conference pick in basketball. Erick will be attending Shasta College in the fall to play football and run track.
