BIO: Damon is a three-time letterman in football and basketball at Grant. Damon is a two-time 1st team all-conference defensive back and a 2nd team all-conference wide receiver in the Portland Interscholastic League. He was also an honorable mention All-State selection at defensive back as a senior. As a receiver, Damon had 24 receptions for over 1,000 yards and defensively led a starting secondary that did not allow a receiving touchdown this season. Damon carried his leadership and versatility to the basketball court where he started for the 6A state champion Grant Generals. He was named the Portland Interscholastic League’s 2017-18 “Sportsman of the Year”.Off the field, Damon carries a 3.2 GPA while being in a male leadership group at Self Enhancement, Inc., where he volunteers in and hosts community events. Next year Damon will attend Western Oregon University and play both football and basketball.
