San Jose State University
Jason was a three-time varsity letterman in football and a four-time letterman in baseball. As a junior quarterback, he threw for 2,200 yards and 24 touchdowns, receiving an all-conference honorable mention. Jason was also voted Best Offensive Player by his teammates. As a senior, he threw for 2,800 yards and 20 touchdowns. He also rushed for 440 yards and four touchdowns. Jason was named 2nd team all-conference, as well as MVP and Best Offensive Player by his teammates. Jason tied the OSAA school record for most touchdowns in a game with 6 touchdown passes. He was the State regular season leader in passing attempts and completions, and was 2nd in passing yards. Jason will graduate with a 3.91 cumulative GPA, and has been an active volunteer in the community. He’s been involved with Sunset football and baseball youth camps, Sunset high school Service Day, The Oregon Food Bank, and has been a volunteer with Portland Homeless Dinner. Off the field, Jason enjoys fishing, golfing, playing the guitar, and cooking. In the fall, Jason will be attending San Jose State University on a baseball scholarship with plans to pursue a degree in Accounting or Finance.
