BIO: Coach Schmidt is a full-time employee with Quikrete Inc. Running the PNW Dealer business. He has worked in the industry as a sales and marketing manager for 24 years. He has been coaching high school football for 23 years. Coaching many different position groups. Coach Schmidt has loved teaching young men and women where he has found it to be his passion - seeing them succeed on and off the field of play and teaching life lessons and morals through mentorships on and off the field. He has coached 18 college bound athlete’s directly in his position groups for football - 14 All State football players and seven league Most Valuable Players. His biggest reward is running into former players and having them thank him for teaching lessons on how to be men and women through the same values of coaching a sport. Goals, Plans and measuring the success. Coach Schmidt also coached seven years of travel softball in and around Portland, Oregon. Helping 12 softball athletes reach college level softball programs.
